Can say enough good things about this facility! Went in with a kidney stone issue and out in two hours feeling much better. Dr Stewart and nurse T Crow were awesome. The facility was so clean and comfortable. If you need immediate assistance this is the place to go.
Both ears hurt really bad. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Gerhardt is amazing! Very clean facility, caring people. Highly recommended. Debra Johnson
They used to be great.. now I can't say that. My son came in with head trauma from being hit in the head with a baseball. We came in because he was dizzy and nauseous. The doctor only ordered an X-ray and didn't order a CT that was needed to check for a concussion. They falsely documented our reason for even coming in stating that he DID NOT have dizziness or nausea. I just came from over at urgent care Off Dowlen And if I tell you, customer service is poor and also they taking advantage of the people with the insurance they’re asking for money when the insurance is paying in full I’ve experienced this before at one hospitals I went to here in Beaumont about them trying to charge for a co-pay. This is NOT an emergency room no matter how much they advertise it is! Same thing with the wait time just cause they advertise short wait times doesn’t mean it’s true you can be the only person there and still wait an hour to be seen. Overall I was highly disappointed and felt they half did their jobs when it comes to me. People are here cause they feel their health is at risk and needs immediate attention because you falsely advertise yourself as a place for emergencies.
