This is an amazing facility. We have had to visit Exceptional Emergency Center on more than one occasion and every time, the staff, nurses and doctors have been “Exceptional”! I had to go last night due to unforeseen condition and received the most amazing care and concern from the staff. I absolutely had the best experience today, I came in with chest pains and the staff jump right on in to take care of me but I came across the best nurse ever by the name of Jessica, RN . This lady was amazing, she waited on me hand and foot and did not miss a beat, she cater to my every needs up until I was transferred to another facility. Went around 10pm on a Wednesday with fever after an upper and lower GI in Houston. Dr. Herd, X-ray tech, registration, nurse and assistant, were all caring. My tests were thought out and done in a very kind manner. We were treated like family. I was much better the next day, because of them.
We recently had to make a couple of night visits to this facility in a 24-hour period. My husband had issues following a kidney biopsy. We had the same nurse, Kate, at the visits. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very caring. She and all of the staff made the visits as stress-free as possible for us, and we cannot thank these folks enough. From the time I walked in everyone was so kind and helpful. The staff was on top of everything! They showed empathy and really listened to me as a patient. Would highly recommend this ER to everyone.
