Jared was absolutely fabulous. He was funny, helpful, and I could tell he respected my basic intelligence which is not always the case for IT services.
Their service is great and quick. If they can't resolve it to my request, they tailor a solution to my needs. That usually means I asked for something that is much harder to do. They always have an easy button to create great solutions. They help me understand without making me feel small. Prompt, efficient and professional
All interactions with your company have been quick and efficient. When I have an issue, I am able to email your company and get a quick response asking for more details or an answer to my inquiry. Every employee I have had the pleasure of working with there, has treated me with the utmost respect. John spent a great deal of time making sure I was connected properly. He provided updates as well to my computer to enable me to work more efficiently. He is always patient and provides a great amount of expertise in his field.
Jamison and Matt were very professional. They listened to my concerns about installation location and they provided a solution and result that I am very happy with. I would happily engage Flagstaff IT in the future should I need similar work performed. Also, I am grateful that Flagstaff IT were willing to work with me on scheduling an appointment that fit my travel schedule.
