John spent a great deal of time making sure I was connected properly. He provided updates as well to my computer to enable me to work more efficiently. He is always patient and provides a great amount of expertise in his field.
Josh promptly contacted me to let me know that the issue with MS Teams was not specific to our staff and instead was an issue with the MS Data Center. At least I think that is what he said, it was last week after all, and my code name is "Leaky Pipe" for good reason. Wait, does that sound wrong? Hmmm. Jamison and Matt were very professional. They listened to my concerns about installation location and they provided a solution and result that I am very happy with. I would happily engage Flagstaff IT in the future should I need similar work performed.
