The IT Tech completed the requested tasks and then asked if I had any other issues. I asked him to help install several years of our tax software and he did. His work day extended beyond mine so he stayed on my computer as an administrator and completed the work while I was gone. I came in this moring and everything is on my desktop! AWESOME!!!! Thanks TJ!!
