First time user here and I will now be a faithful customer each time!! Used for an airport transfer from LAX to Disney. Our driver Edson was phenomenal! It was the smoothest, and most comfortable airport transfer I have ever had!! I am incredibly impressed and very thankful for this seamless start to our trip! Highly recommend.
What an Amazing experience! Not only was George on time. He was early and did not fret about me being at the wrong location in LAX! He came and fetched me without hesitation! Very caring, very attentive and very friendly overall great great ride … I will be requesting him in a couple weeks for the ride back! Thank you, George you made my day!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Executive Car Service. Their communication is beyond amazing. The cars are immaculate and both trips we were upgraded to a nicer car than what I had booked! Our drivers were there on time or early and were both extremely friendly and perfect drivers. I will never use another car service while in Los Angeles. Thank you for making our trip perfect!
Recently took a cruise and had transportation service with Executive Car Service. We were picked up at our terminal by David who was very patient and professional, as our flight was delayed. On our return from our cruise to LAX we were picked up by Anna who was on time and professional as well. Ted is a great asset to this company. He is professional, personable, helpful, a great driver and went above and beyond for us ! His BMW is spacious, spotless and comfortable ! We were made to feel special and Ted delivered big time. From a simple comment I made during our trip, he went out of his way to check if any of the drivers would be in the vicinity of LAX at 6 am the following morning to transport us to the airport.
