Excellent 5+++ Car service! David from Long Beach, CA and Kevin from Downey, Ca both provided us excellent service above and beyond our expectations… we have an elderly father who is in a wheelchair and we’re assisted with baggage and help with getting in and out of the vehicle with curbside pick up in LAX after customs. We were so happy with the service Sandro provided. It was crazy busy at the Bradley Terminal at LAX at midnight. Amid the chaos Sandro was easy to find and showed up quickly. We had a lot of luggage that he quickly stored for us and got us settled into the super clean SUV. At the hotel end, Sandro brought our luggage into the lobby and organized it on a cart as it was so late at night no bellman was on duty. That outstanding service after a long transpacific flight was worth every penny.
This is our second time using Executive Car Service LAX. We had Miguel as our driver for both our arrival and departure and he was top notch with service! Great communication and very helpful with loading all our luggage. The vehicle was very well kept and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him. Highly recommended if you are needing a ride to and from LAX. We would easily request Miguel again!
After a flying into LAX, I can’t imagine an easier or more comfortable experience than I had with Executive Car Service. The car was clean, our driver Marco was kind, professional and courteous.
Our first time using this company was excellent ! Our driver Scott was really polite, on time and informative. We will definitely be going through this company from now on. The suburban they picked us up in was very nice and clean. They even provided car seats for our kiddos, our overall quote was a reasonable price !
