Ted is a great asset to this company. He is professional, personable, helpful, a great driver and went above and beyond for us ! His BMW is spacious, spotless and comfortable ! We were made to feel special and Ted delivered big time. From a simple comment I made during our trip, he went out of his way to check if any of the drivers would be in the vicinity of LAX at 6 am the following morning to transport us to the airport. Excellent experience. We used Executive Car Service in order to get a large group to and from Universal Studios, and the trip was great. Booking was easy and transparent, and our driver Sonny was fantastic. He communicated clearly and provided excellent service. We even ended the night early, and he accommodated an earlier pick up time for the return trip. Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough about how great Executive Car Service is. Our driver Sandro picked us up within five minutes after we got our luggage. He was helpful, friendly and most of all a safe driver. The car was clean, and he had bottles of water waiting for us at our seat. Thank you Sandro for your professionalism and for making our drive enjoyable.
Anna was an excellent driver. She was also very communicative and confirmed the night before my pickup the time that she would be there, she let me know when she was close and then once she arrived and where she was parked. She provided a picture of her car and the location so it was easy to find her. The car was impeccable and had plenty of snacks and water. I am looking forward to my next ride with Anna.
We've just returned from vacation. Executive Car Service drove us to and from LAX and we couldn't be more pleased. I'd start by saying the reservation process is extremely easy and the follow up confirmation emails were welcome and helpful. Francisco picked us up at our home in Long Beach at 3am.
