We flew into California for Disney and our assigned driver, Ali, was wonderful. He introduced himself the day before our flight to confirm the reservation. On the day of our trip, our flight landed earlier. He was so accommodating and didn't make us wait too long. The professionalism, friendliness and communication was great. The pick up was at 5:00 and Carmelo was right on time. I had changed the time of our pick up a half hour earlier and I was very appreciative that he had no problem with picking us up earlier. When he arrived, he had healthy chips, water and fruit bars for us. What a wonderful way to start our vacation. The drive to the airport was perfect and extremely comfortable.
