Anna at executive car service was so efficient. I felt so comfortable in her car and was early to LAX. I would use Anna every time and b worry free about getting to my destination on time.
The best communication and help with our timing schedule. Outstanding in every way. Ramon was on time, polite and extremely helpful.
Ramon was right there to pick me up at the airport, right on time. He helped me with my bags, brought them to the car, opened the door for me. I appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. Anna was a great driver. On time with the car in impeccable condition with snacks and water. Music playlist was great but she asked our preferences for music and temperature. We have used Executive car service before and will continue to do so. Fair price and great drivers like Anna.
Highly recommend! I messed up and scheduled our airport pick up a day late! Realizing that mid-flight, I was able to contact their customer service upon landing and they were able to switch our reservation, locate a driver and get us the ride, all with minimal wait, considering they only had an hour or so notice! The driver and the car were also amazing!
