Was such a great ride, Francisco was awesome and pointed out things in the city, gave recommendations for being successful at the park and made sure the kids were having a great time. Very professional, he contacted us a day in advance, the morning of and knew when we landed and told us exactly how to meet up with him. So easy! We loved using this service and will be using again as our return to the airport in a few days. Thanks so mich!
We had 14 people in our group with multiple vehicles. Kevin & Luis were exceptional! Both were friendly & outgoing and took great care of us. They went above and beyond and were kind and courteous and were engaging with all of us. We had questions about the areas we were visiting and they were knowledgeable and funny! We have plans to use this car service again while we’re in LA and plan to request these 2 drivers specifically.
I had a great experience with our driver Eli. He was very professional and communicated clearly throughout the ride. He was extremely kind, friendly and always asked us if we needed anything else. The driving was smooth and safe, and he was very courteous. The SUV was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.
Our driver, Anna, provided us the perfect, stress-free start to our vacation. Kind, punctual, communicative beforehand, and her vehicle was both impeccable and comfortable. George was awesome. He arrived early, looked sharp, and was very friendly. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. George drove safely and efficiently, getting us to the airport in plenty of time. I would definitely like to have George as a driver next time I need one.
