John the technician and Jose the boss were more than amazing. On a Friday they put us on the schedule to fix our non draining only downstairs toilet. John did what he could and then told us what he thought the problem was. He worked with Jose and our home warranty company to try and resolve the issue. It's not covered by the home warranty company and we paid yo have them do what was needed to get the final diagnosis. They provided a solution for the time being. Raul was our assigned plumber for our garbage disposal repair/replacement and he was exceptional! Great open communication and transparency and he got the job done efficiently and respectfully by wearing booties in our home upon all entry’s and keeping his work area very clean. Outstanding! Absolutely 100% satisfied with the services provided by technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and made us feel comfortable and confident that the right decisions were made. Our garbage disposal broke on Saturday, requested service via our home warranty website, received a call from the business on Sunday and services rendered on Monday. The dispatcher/scheduler was very friendly on the phone and was able to accommodate our times. Will use this company again!
