RecommendedGreat informative estimate, with every item detailed that you want taken care of. Other estimates I received expected me to haul away the debris, or expected to tear up and remove the old flooring, so they could just come in and lay flooring.
Stay away from his business! Disappeared with $12K deposit, no communication at all despite several emails, text messages and phone calls. Extremely disappointing, since we worked with them before and even referred them to friends.
I got my floors done not even a year ago. I first was sold a dream in March 2020, had to call back to get them fixed by November 2020. One of the guys came out and looked over the whole house. He left saying he would speak with Dennis or someone and get it fixed for us. Every room has damage and it's not from us. Supposedly after several calls they apparently ordered material but again here we are Jan 31st 2021 and still NOTHING! No calls, no communication, NOTHING. We did send someone out to the house and Leslie did show me pictures and there wasn’t enough material to fix it. The material you have is not in stock anymore and I had to order it from over seas. I’m waiting for it to arrive. I purchased the material and waiting for it to fix the issue at your house. I apologize for this.
