I am beyond frustrated with Express Appliance Service LLC. This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are completely unprofessional and have zero sense of urgency or care for their customers. I’ve had them come out to my house multiple times over the last month for the same exact issue and it’s STILL not fixed. The techs that show up are rude, unfriendly, and honestly seem clueless. Not a good experience. They were assigned to fix my fridge in like February/march. My fridge did not actually get repaired until another service provider was reassigned to the job recently. So I went about 8 months without a fridge and a large part of it is due to this service provider being assigned for the job. They appear to just show up and open my fridge and then claim it needs a certain part to fix the issue. Did his job - basically told me the machine is not worth repairing and that he’s recommended the warrantee company to replace it! He didn’t come out to look at it but I guess he knows what’s wrong by the reading F2 ? Ok said I need to follow up with American home shield!

My fridge died a few days outside of the manufacturer's warranty and Lowes scheduled service through Express Appliance Service. Everything went well. The first tech that showed up was able to diagnose the issue. They had to order a part, which arrived over the weekend. On Monday I called to schedule the repair and they had someone here by Wednesday. All in all it took the guy 5 minutes to fix the part. I'm totally happy with the service I received.
