My sister has a home warranty with HSA and they use this company as their repair facility. The problem started on October 4th, 2025. It is now November 18th with 27 people expected on Sunday November 23 and still no dishwasher. It was working but not properly when they sent a tech from there company. Did his job - basically told me the machine is not worth repairing and that he’s recommended the warrantee company to replace it! He didn’t come out to look at it but I guess he knows what’s wrong by the reading F2 ? Ok said I need to follow up with American home shield!
I am beyond frustrated with Express Appliance Service LLC. This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are completely unprofessional and have zero sense of urgency or care for their customers. I’ve had them come out to my house multiple times over the last month for the same exact issue and it’s STILL not fixed. The techs that show up are rude, unfriendly, and honestly seem clueless. They sent someone to our home to diagnose our broken washing machine. They improperly diagnosed the problem and the insurance company had to send a second company out. Today in the mail we received a package with a control board for an appliance we don’t own with a different customer’s name on it. It looks like they used an old box with my mom’s address on it.
