They sent someone to our home to diagnose our broken washing machine. They improperly diagnosed the problem and the insurance company had to send a second company out. Today in the mail we received a package with a control board for an appliance we don’t own with a different customer’s name on it. It looks like they used an old box with my mom’s address on it. My technician, Jacob was EXCELLENT! He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and very knowledgeable about the products he came to repair. He even put on "booties" over his shoes to protect my carpet! When he did encounter a problem, he notified me promptly. Did I mention he was also very polite and friendly? A+ for communication and repair service.
Very unreasonable service company. Having them perform service for Lowe’s Protection Plan. I have a clearly defective freezer door they refused a repair because it’s still functional. Yes it opens, closes and seals, however the top of the door is cracking apart and will fail. No common sense.
James is always very pleasant, explains everything and makes sure that I understand. Both times I have had him as my liaison for service and both times he has been so nice and helpful with everything I’ve had problems with. His knowledge is a tremendous asset. As other reviews This has been the absolute worst experience with service company. I have been waiting since July 24th to have my washer fixed. Someone came out.i was waiting since morning till 1.31 then I got text saying the guy were there for 18 min waiting on the door and no one open the door right after I receive a text message Saying call us to reschedule your service I called back again they told me The guy was there for 18 minutes on the door and no one opened the door for him.
