I have been a customer of Express Fuel for many years. Unfortunately, today, April 11th, I called the office and spoke to an elderly woman, (Lisa I believe) who was extremely nasty. The driver forgot to charge me for the oil and I simply called to get my total so that I may mail the check. Her prejudicial behavior and overall repugnancy was ill received. I guess customer loyalty is not appreciated here as I will be looking for a new distributor. Driver was fine. Reception was terrible.
