I would not recommend Dr. Klein or this facility. We paid over $400 for a consultation and were left waiting over an hour past our scheduled time. When we were finally seen, Dr. Klein was unapologetic, even though it was obvious we were upset. He came across as distracted, avoided eye contact, and was not personable. After the appointment, I sent my medical records along with a follow-up email and never received a response.
