Distance e from. Hotle to stadium is perfect. The room was to large for the tv from the bed the remote didn't work. It also would have been nice to have a restaurant directory in the room. When I needed the front desk it was not responsive took multiple times calling and letting phone ring before I got an answer.

This place has all the amenities of home with newly updated rooms. Great location in middle of Fort Worth and Dallas. What really makes this place 5 star is the delightful front desk girl Unique. Every day rain or shine she is there to greet you with a beautiful smile and service second to none. Excellent place. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Where do I start? Well first off the lobby looks nice but beware once you go through those doors to your room, the smell of trash hits you in the face! Figured I’d just rough it out since I was only going to be there for 12 days and working the majority of the time and only needed a place to sleep and shower. Day 2 while at work, with no notice whatsoever, they had workers in my room to swap out the furniture. I believe the lady at the front desk name is Myrla, i caught it quickly so my mistake if it’s incorrect. She has been exceptional my entire stay, I had something happen with another guest & she ensured my safety & spoke with the other guest to de escalate the situation. she has been more than helpful with all my questions & i can be needy! lol she is always very sweet and accommodating. She has made my experience here the best. along with the amenities and LARGE rooms, i would recommend.

NOT THE PLACE TO STAY I repeat NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!!! On arrival checked in no problem, I was placed next to the housekeeping room and my room smelled like wet / mildew clothes. Went to front desk and was placed in another room and there was BUGGS in face rags / bedding. Asked for a refund was told I have to come back in morning by 9am so manager could refund I get there at 10:30am and was told I have to wait until 1:30pm keep in mind I live in another state and was ready to travel back home.
