This hotel truly felt like a home away from home! Everything was spotless and so well cared for, far exceeding my expectations. The staff was warm, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is super convenient, and it’s perfect for long-term stays—especially for traveling professionals who want comfort and peace of mind. I can’t recommend it enough!

My time so far here has been very emotional and trying but the people that work at the front desk have made my stay as comfortable and pleasant during this hard time for me. I could not have went anywhere else and so glad I didn’t. The room is clean and comfortable to be in for an extended time, and last but not least Mrs. Lisha at the front desk is a gem and then some. We booked a last minute trip to Asheville and this was our first time staying at this hotel. We were quite pleased. The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly courteous and helpful. The room we stayed in and the common areas were absolutely spotless. This hotel was very conveniently located to the events we were attending. We will strongly consider staying here again.

This place is such a nice place to stay and the staff really makes you feel like you're at home amongst friends & family! Lesha Nichols makes sure the place is top notch and makes sure everyone is taken care of! From the moment I came to stay here I was met with such compassion and kindness from the Staff & that really helped me with the stress and anxiety I was already dealing with. We got here last night on the first night of my birthday weekend vacation that my wife planned but realized there was no shower curtain in our room. Went to the lobby and was given a semi- clean one and put it up myself. Then the tv wasn't connected to the internet and calling the front desk does nothing when they tell you to unplug it and plug it back in because they've had wifi issues. Didnt work. Wouldn't stay here again. Sketchy people and the hallway smells like straight cigarettes.
