Hotel gave me 1 bed and said that we booked the room for 1 bed. Your policy clearly states that rooms will be available for 2 adults with the option of a room with 2 beds. They refused to provide this.

N/A\n\nThe hotel smelled extremely smokey and mildewey. They did their best to cover it up with (lots of) air fresheners. We ended up having to leave around 3:30 in the morning because my asthma started acting up so much\n\nWould not recommend

I booked and paid for my room at this hotel late that evening. When I arrived to check in the front desk was closed and the laundry lady was taking any late night requests. She reluctantly let me in the hotel as there was no one to process me as the front desk staff were gone for the night. She barely knew how to work the computer or speak english. I literally had to go through the steps on the...

The room didn't stink but the halls did... people cooking stinky food.\n\nThe decor.\n\nThe decor and carpet were outdated. I didn't feel comfortable eating off the provided dinnerware. There wasn't any little extras. Just a room, kitchenette, and ironing board. I wouldn't even use the coffee maker.

The fact that there was no hotel shuttle was really inconvenient. I had to walk back and fourth to bagley and front street to catch bus 86 so that I could go to the oairport.

Good location, nice kitchen in the room, good price.\n\nStale cigarette smoke in hallways and non-smoking room, uncomfortable bed.\n\nIf you are a non-smoker, the smell of stale cigarette smoke is hard to take and you should choose another hotel. If you are not bothered by the smell, it is a reasonable room for a reasonable price. The bed is not very comfortable but, again, reasonable room,...

smelly room Although this was a "nonsmoking" room, the bed and linens smelled horribly of smoke. The utensils were dirty. The tub and faucet was dirty.
