My stay here was very pleasant. I was traveling for work and I’m very happy I ended up here. Ms. Brenda is amazing and so helpful! Anything I ever had questions on, she always was wonderful. Thank you so much Ms. Brenda for being fantastic and such a sweet person!
There was a little concern about reserving my rooms, but Tina at the front desk did a fantastic job of making sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure that only was my reservation confirmed but making sure I had the same room which really helps me. As an American Cancer Society patient This is a blessing, but it’s also a blessing to have someone like her that took the time to work the problem out. I really do appreciate it.
Do NOT stay here. I've had to because of an illness. I was staying to be close to the hospital. Staff has been wonderful especially Anissa. Now they have a new manager who has taken it up on herself to come in here and start charging guests who have already paid for the week for their pets. That's fine but you shouldn't be able to charge after the fact. The rooms are awful. Floor is sticky even after being mopped. Lots of roaches. Crappy Internet. Service is nice & Relatively clean. Beware the internet is terrible. Paid $2.99 for a hour to get increased bandwidth. Nothing will load. The IT help number can’t seem to fix it either. Had to purchase my own shower curtain. Nonsmoking room but wreaks of cigarettes despite air freshener unfortunately.
Mrs Tawanna Smith was outstanding from the Greet to the play-by-play and the quick summary of the ins and outs and the fastest way to get quickly situated into my dwelling for the next few weeks. 🎁😋🤓 and also gave me the shortest route to take to get there swiftly and begin my stay, she was awesome
