Great price. Kitchen amenities.\n\nAllows pets, and barking dog next door woke me up at 3:00am. All hotels in this general area are showing their age, and need some makeovers.\n\nAirport relocation has left this and other nearby hotels still close, but priced better than in years past. Only ten minutes to downtown Indy.

The cleanliness\n\nI didn't like the slow internet that had problems connecting, I didn't like the stain in the tub the looked like throw up.\n\nThe hotel hot water quit working for a few hours

Price, room layout, friendly staff\n\nHorrid HVAC, halls reeked of cigarette smoke, noise from elevator could be heard in room.\n\nLooks well used. Designed for people staying for awhile...the room would work, but the HVAC would make it unbearable. Breakfast is minimal.

Did player\n\nGym was very poor\n\nThe room itself was ok. Nice setup. Had DvD player, but no remote. The gym was very poor. Elliptical made a bunch of noise, not working properly. There were also some shady characters, loud noise at times. Other than that, can't beat the price for short stay.

Quiet, basic room.\n\nStains everywhere, plumbing is noisy, when checking in they seemed to have already checked someone in under my registration. Room was freezing and there was no way of making it warmer. Only a thin, ratty blanket.

Loation\n\nShower did not work at all.Default was a bath but water pressure was so low that it took 10 minutes just to get a minimal amount of water.

on business trip & got to hotel late-9pm had to wait 5 minutes for staff to appear at desk. got to room - a single bed. back at desk. waited another 10 minutes for staff to show. would not give us 2 beds, even at an additional cost. had to buy 2nd room

Nothing.\n\nThis hotel has a big contract with a truck company and is really geared to their needs - despite the fact that it is an airport hotel - the shuttle would not pick up from the airport after 10.00pm despite the fact flights arriving after this time.\n\nThe rooms were quite large but furniture was shabby. Despite it being an airport hotel - shuttle would not pick up from airport after...

Everything seemed to be in working order.\n\nThe room, and really, the entire hotel, smelled like stale smoke. The continental breakfast was pretty weak.\n\nNot bad overall for a one-night stay.
