Nice place to stay The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would check into is to clean the filters in the air conditioner/heating unit as there seemed to be something in the air that gave us stuffy noses in the morning. It was a great location for what we had to do during our visit to Indianapolis.

The price was not bad HOWEVER I have been here 7 days will be here another 7 and I have YET to have clean sheets. When I spoke to the front desk I was informed that I am not scheduled until Tues for clean sheets but if I bring the dirty sheets to front desk they will give me clean ones and I can make my own bed. The kitchen is below standards from other extended stays. the cabinets are over 5 feet over sink good thing I am over 5ft 6inches if I was shorter than that I could not even reach the cabinets. very average the paint on the walls was scraped off in some areas, I could see water infiltration marks on the ceiling.The hotel was difficult to get to at night. It seem lost in a maze of corporate park parking areas. I just picked it for the convenience of being close to the airport.

Extended Stay Horror I specifically asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled like smoke. They were fully booked and it was a very bad situation.

That I only stayed there for one night.\n\nThere were hairs on the bed sheets when I pulled back the covers, the phone in the room didn't work, when I arrived at the hotel to check in the employee was on his personal cell phone the entire time.\n\nThe free-breakfast is terrible. It consists of coffee, oatmeal, and pre-packaged muffins. Highly dissatisfying.
