Clean, convenient, priced right Kitchenette was a nice touch but the room did have a grease smell (from previous cooking episodes) which is the only thing I would mark down with the stay. Convienient, clean and priced right.

Exceptional We love everything about extended stay america, they are so awesome, friendly and always have a smile, they make you feel like you are family, I would recommend staying here over any of the hotels in jacksonville, you will not regret it, the best place we have stayed in years,,to all the staff. Exceptional The walls could be a bit thicker... LOL the noise from the room next to us was heard. But not bad enough to really complain about. But did wake me up a few times. But I'd still stay here again. The staff at the front desk was one of the nicest, polites people over ever met. She honestly made our night brighter work her personality. To top it off she was working on her birthday with that smile. It in the areas again we will be staying here again. The rooms were clean, comfortable, etc.
Wonderful I wish there was a dishwasher and dish soap. Sharp knife would be good too. Rooms are always clean. Location is near everything and the price is a good value.
It was good for the cost, but they could really stand to update the rooms and lobby. It could really use some updates, but overall not bad. Just felt run down Good location, not bad for the cost
