Staff was very caring & helpful. They accommodated me after the loss of my pet the first night if my stay.

The tv didn't have a showtime station in which it stated on the tv and had a showtime booklet guide in the room or other cable stations since they got a new tv provider i was told when i called the front desk about it. Also, the channels were not clear, some were fuzzy. It was disappointing cause that's all we wanted to do is relax and watch some movies.

Close one It was a last minute booking for me, 10pm. When I arrived the night manager Nicki said saw that I a RSVP but there were no rooms ready. She herself went and prepared a room for me. She was very kind and helpful.
