Very disappointing experience here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our room was in terrible shape and towels were dirty. I thought maybe it was an old hotel, but my friend’s room was in much better shape. Asked the front desk if there were possibly and other rooms available, and they said we would have to pay more. I said, even if this room is in really bad shape and they said yes. They definitely knew this room was bad, the front staff even said so. We left for a couple of days and came back and it was great to see Ray, the manager and Lupe at the front desk. We came back because they've always treated us very well. Even the other guests have always been polite. The place is clean. The room is comfortable and it's a safe place for me and my husband and my two kids. I will always come back to this property!!

I have been staying here for a little while now. I find management and the staff very professional, and always there to help. The housekeeping service is excellent, and the people are friendly. This place is centrally located so you can get to the freeway within five minutes. You can get to Huntington and Seal Beach in about 15 minutes. Along with Disneyland, etc. being about 20 minutes away. This place has a full fridge, and kitchen area with microwave and stove top. They also provide all the utensils needed to cook. The best feature of this Extended Stay America, is ten min from ocean. Fresh ocean breezes through the town makes a perfect place for a vacation. Beautiful sunset and fine dinning. Ray is the manager . CLAUDIA and KIM at the front desk are very helpful with any problem. Comfortable beds and Pet Friendly

Advertisement states a non smoking facility. Yet about 8 feet from hotel rooms windows there’s a standup ashtray for smoking. The smoke went into our room, my daughter has asthma and cannot breathe around this environment. We open our windows for fresh air rather than using a/c as sometimes the filters aren’t cleaned and that’s horrible for asthma as well!
