Not a return place, next time pay the extra 10 per night and go to hotel down the street. Offer toiletries per signage but are informed none available for 2 weeks. Room has spiderwebs all over and fixtures fall apart with plugs loose so chargers don’t charge. Staff appears to be limited in ability to respond and assist and bring to question any extended stay brand locations in future. I made a reservation for a two day stay. I checked in and went to the room. It smelled like diapers and tobacco smoke. I went to office and told them I could not stay two nights. They immediately came to my room and told me that I had to leave. No reason. They had my card number and told me they would refund the $253.00 for two nights . I left. Later I realized they charged me. I had to bring in “Booking” to try to get refund. They got involved and were told I would get my money back within 30 days. I have not yet receiv... read more

Was told on Agoda they had a pool/hot tub and breakfast included. No pool/hot tub and it was a grab and go continental breakfast at the front desk lobby. Last I checked the pandemic is over. Room was outdated and the location was nestled among business/office buildings. Room price was comparable to Motel 6 so that's the property's saving grace.

The location is in a nice quite area. And the employees are nice. However, those attributes don't make a difference if the service you are paying for is a disgusting room. The floors were incredibly dirty. Everytime in washed my feet in the shower, it looked like mud. There was mold in parts of the room that looked like it was just painted over. I have been staying at this wonderful hotel for 2 months and I have been a 100% satisfied customer from the first day. It's a great atmosphere for families and anyone that likes a peaceful experience while staying in Irvine. I highly recommend it. They have the best coffee in the mornings. It's way better than Starbucks. Everyone is very nice here. The staff here is very helpful, especially Astrid the Manager.
