I hate leaving 1-star reviews, but in this case it is warranted. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. 1. After checking in, we discovered that the shower head had been taken off (probably by a tenant and not replaced properly. After a shower, the bathroom was FLOODED! After mopping it myself, I reported it to the desk. On the second day, nothing had been done. I happened upon the maintenance person who had not even been made aware. Noah at the front desk was wonderful very pleasant, helpful, and quick, and Kendra was a very sweet and refreshing face, very kind, and even remembered us and our situation (with our friend being in the hospital) and inquired about him as we were departing. Very personal caring touch, I thought. And upon our check-in, Zach was very pleasant and helpful and quick as well. Thank you guys! You have a stellar team here, we will definitely be back!! Very clean rooms too👍😉

I just want to say how amazing it was to stay at this wonderful location, I was greeted by a gentleman named Zach, and immediately felt welcomed. He was knowledgeable and on top of all my questions and concerns! Than the following day, I met Noah, this guy was smart and ready to meet all my needs, always has a smile, and I stayed at this great place for a whole month, while transitioning to a new place, couldn't have asked for a nicer, cleaner place to do this, and the housekeepers were amazing to! Great place, very clean, let me repeat VERY CLEAN!!!!! Plus the guy with the green hair at the desk was super friendly, knowledgeable, and best very pleasant in general!!!! More hotel's could really take a lessen from this place!! Keep up the great work, you definitely have a return customer if I'm ever back in the area.

I got the pleasure of working with Daniel and Cameron. Tuesday evening we arrived in Boise to check in for our reservation and realized it wasn’t the best fit with our dogs, not because of the place itself but because of other reasons. I needed to cancel and get a refund but no one was there that could do it. It had been a long day and I was already frustrated and Daniel took the time to do what he could and explained someone could help tomorrow.
