Homeless people all over the parking lot and entry to parking lot. Inside the hotel was nice accommodations. Mattresses are way too hard, no utensils or cooking supplies were available. Asked for towels. They told us they would bring them up and never came. No one at desk for check out. Breakfast is provided however they only stock enough for 10 people then you have to go up and ask. They look annoyed to help you and don’t want to restock. Overall room was fine but will be booking elsewhere next time up.

The thing that saves this place is that it’s clean and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are recently remodeled and generally nice, however you can tell it was done cheaply (the kitchen sinks in the rooms are installed incorrectly so they are held up only by caulk) Also being an extended stay, there really needs to be more flexibility with the timing of when payment is due. While not located in an ideal area for walkability, security, or really much to do, I do have to take a moment to give a shout out to all the staff that helped me during my time here. I stayed a few nights while waiting for my apartment lease to start and I felt really nervous about my car being broken into, since it was literally brimming with everything I owned. The woman who helped me gave me a room that REEKED of cat pee. It was the only room left that allowed pets so it was the only room she was willing to give me. I went back to the desk before unpacking a single thing because it smelled so bad it was uncomfortable to stand in, let alone spend a night in. I told the woman I’d like to cancel my stay.
