Great place for an extended stay I had a two week layover in Dayton and this place was great. Very clean and the staff was excellent!

Not for one night The place is not really a hotel for a short stay of one or two nights, but for one or several weeks. It is clean. But the reception closes early and opens late. The fridge in the room was quite noisy. But what I disliked most was that my credit card was not accepted although it worked perfectly immediately before I checked in and immediately after I checked out. So I had to use my cash to pay for the room.

Close to UD campus, 8 miles away Clean and safe place but bare minimums. Bring your own pillow because you only get one! And extra towels for a weekend stay because you pay extra for room service. No lobby to hang out in or meet up with guests, just a clean room.

Not what you would expect This is not your typical over night hotel. This is an extended, extended hotel. Most of the guests are long term. The hotel is spotless, however the amenities are not there. You get 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, a TV, sheets and a blanket. There is a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner stove top, a sink and a microwave. There are no dishes, no cookware, no silverware,no soap. The lighting in the room is from recessed lights in the ceiling, no bedside lamps.
