This is an amazing place to stay ! The people at the front desk are very helpful and nice ! Especially the young lady who usually works nights and the young man who usually has on the mask. Management is great , she has helped with all problems even going above and beyond. I’d most definitely choose this location over any other !

They have roaches. I purchased the room through a third party company so I paid upfront. When i arrived I instantly knew I wasn’t going to like the stay. It’s FILTHY. I was tired so was going to give them a try, when I tried to enter the room, I was met by roaches. Unfortunately I can’t upload the video. VIN was amazing at trying to accommodate but if roaches running out, I can only imagine the ones that would be laid in bed with me.

I recently stayed at this hotel as an extended guest, and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff, particularly Amy and Lourdes, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, their professionalism and friendliness were truly remarkable.

This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.I have never experienced a hotel that limits you on linens. The linens that’s provided are stained badly. Also I never experienced a hotel that only allows housekeeping to clean twice a month for extended stay guest, this is unheard of. I gave 2 starts just because Amy, the Assistant Manager can be somewhat friendly.However, the front desk Spanish lady( I believe her name is Laura) is very rude, very obnoxious. I have truly enjoyed my stay here at Extended Stay! Amy is AMAZING!!! She is professional, provides excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience while you’re there. The facilities are always kept clean both inside and outside, and the whole staff is friendly and willing to assist.
