Where do I begin? The room I reserved wasn't available, and I was contacted at check-in time. I was on a plane heading into town and didn't get the call. I reserved a non-smoking room, and all they had were smoking. It smelled as soon as you walked in the building. I was promised a non-smoking room would be available the next day, so we stayed at a family members house the 1st night. Dream stay!! Would 10/10 recommend this place. I’ve heard through secret chatter that Taylor Swift possibly stays here while in town. I wasn’t able to confirm that. What a cozy place this is. As we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by a friendly man pushing a shopping cart. The workers at the front desk were so friendly. Received "Response from owner below" Owner did not mention or address serious low water pressure. Owner said "property did not meet my expectations: Don't most people want a clean appearance of a establishment that they are staying at, or has society gotten so used to mis managed places that this is no longer a concern? People sleeping in their cars on your property is the new norm? I forgot to mention that the bldg. seems to have good key pad entry, but I did not test all the ground floors. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked a room for 4 people, we get to the room and had 2 pillows. Went and asked for more; they had none. The bathroom mirror had a film over the whole thing, shower had lots of short hairs that were not ours. Then came the night. ALL night it sounded like moving furniture above us and next to us. Drove from out of town and stayed here just for a bed to sleep in. Once getting there to check in there wasn’t annyone ant the desk for a good 5 min. Barry explained how to get to the room or even explain if there was breakfast etc. Upon getting to the door of the room there was a drawer to the fridge in the hall in front of the door. Entered the room and can tell it was rushly cleaned. Dirty towels still on the floor. Fridge wasn’t clean. Hair on the toilet. Only had 1 towel and that 1 towel was damp/wet. Was not happy.
