To start off the reservation which I booked and paid for was not saved in my name, but in the name of the person I was traveling with so there was confusion with that. There was a heavy police presence that seemed to always be at this location. Fresh linen is only available if the resident pays an extra $1.98 per day to get them. The floors in the room and bathroom were not swept thoroughly. The bath tub had hair all in it and the shower head was full of grime, rust, and mold. Very hard time for my family right now. The staff has been awesome. Hotel is very clean and any issuse that have came up was fixed same day. Angela, Lash9n, Lolita & Deri9n have gone far and beyond to make this feel like home. Bravo Extended Stay on having a great staff & hotel!!
Rooms are efficient and have a full kitchen however the bed is extremely uncomfortable and on the small side there is only 1 nightstand which for longer stays is inconvenient, the ac has gaps around it (easily covered by a towel) , and the TV is an older not so great TV set. I'd say the room is a 3.5 out of 5 stars simply because of the bed and outdated amenities kitchen is good Staff is helpful and very kind. Overall feel safe staying here and would recommend to my friends and family
This place is the worst. You have drugs going on east side building. Carpet stains from pee from other animals. They don’t tell you pet prices up front when I told them I have 2 dogs originally. Waiting on corporate to submit my evidence. Do not stay at this extended stay! My family does not feel safe and it’s the worst
Well after becoming a residence and having PTSD they do not support emotional pets which they try to charge another $150 on top of your room cost causing me to have to relocate not a good experience at all. Seems to be some policies need to be changed because it's all about money to them they don't look at the value of their clients and residence
