The people are create people without a doubt but the service they offer is very limited. You to the front deck for any reason and if you are in South John Young Parkway the girls there go out of there ways to help. But if you are in Goldenrod Rd the service is bad. There the girls claim that the issue you have is maintenance related and won’t help. I had booked a room for four days, They charge $115 per pet for just four days which is ridiculous. I walked into my room- there was a hole in the wall and it smelled like smoke. I was told to leave because I had my puppy as well, even when I was supposed to check out the next day. I paid $115 for my pet and had an 8 month old puppy with me as well whom is just a puppy but I got kicked out for that. The room was already bad. I got charged extra, and I hope I don't get charged for the damage that was already done in the room.... read more

Staff is very friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and have what you need. They will wash sheets and linen for a very good affordable price! Manager so nice and very helpful! Would stay again!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting the experience to go down the drain in under 10 minutes. Don't get me wrong the staff seems friendly but after that, was just horrendous. The server room had its door wide open with an industrial fan to help cool it. The door to the room wouldn't open or close without force. Then the first thing I see is what looks to be quite literal feces in the light for the bathroom. Not to mention the roaches, seen at least 3 so far and expect to probably see more.
