This hotels location couldn't be any better, a nice variety of restaurants, stores and grocery shopping places. The rooms were clean,nice size tv that include dish and streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube. The staff is incredibly nice, especially crystal who goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as it should be.
They ripped me off. I paid for reservation on booking.com for my daughter for 1 night. $100 When she got there they wouldn't give her a room cause she didn't have a credit card. Online it said if paid in full with card ahead of time then all is well. They are crooked. Refused to work with me. I offered another card over the phone but they wouldn't. They will rent out my room for another $100 I guarantee that. I'm reporting this to BBB. The City, etc
Room look old and dirty. Lot of dust. Only 1 piece of soup provided and basic towels for 2 people. No shampoo or anything else. No hair dryer (Call front desk said we don't have it) won't recommend here. Better pay a little bit more for somewhere else.
Probably the longest iv ever stayed in a single motel and genuinely amazed at how the staff have been, kind, understanding, acomadating in every aspect. They even spent money to buy treats so they could spoil my dog rotten (my dog has it all worked out little so they know lol) anyways can't say anything negative about the place, 5/5 in my limited book but I have been to some really bad hotels And some really good ones, this id say is a solid 8/10 only due to the fact that I have to key into the lobby to go to my room, and th... read more
This has been a great place to stay the last two years. The management here is awesome and very helpful. We have never had any issues with any one here or anything. I say this is the best place to stay in Salt Lake.
