The hotel as extremely dirty and smelly. The hallways smelled like urine and cigarette smoke. Thankfully the room did not smell like that, but it was still filthy. I paid for three people in the room, but was only given two towels. They wanted to charge extra for everything, even through I was already charged extra for the third person. The window was broken and couldn't close it the entire way, so we heard the highway noise all night. The air condition unit didn't work the best. Staff was nice and friendly. Service was superb. Washers and dryers were high in price. Charged 4.50 per wash and 4.50 per dry and I had to dry 2 times even on high heat. Other than that service was good.

I mean, it's cheap. You come in to locked doors with no staff. My keys didn't work to open these doors. Smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallways, signs around the hotel that say we have to empty our own trash or will be charged a cleaning fee. No hair dryer in room, not much of anything. Not very clean. Other visitors stuff still in the room...food items. AC didn't work and it was hot. Overall not the best experience for a last minute stay. Needed a last-minute room for my son and was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was CLEAN had a small fridge, microwave, and a little table. AC was cold. All you need for an overnight stay . Vinyl flooring is always a bonus because the carpet... let's face it ...yuck anywhere else you stay. Price was fair. Lock in a lower price by booking online through your fav travel app. Location is safe with a QT & Scooters coffee across the lot. Taurius at front desk was AMAZING. Thank you again Sir! 5 Stars for you!

We checked Booking.com and saw that there were still two rooms available. It was 10:15 PM when we arrived at the hotel, which is marked on Google Maps as having a 24/7 front desk. However, just 15 minutes after 10:00 PM, there was no one at the front desk, the lobby was closed, and no staff could be found. We tried calling the phone number listed, but no one answered. There was no way to get in touch or check in, so we had to leave without being able to stay. Very disappointing experience.
