Staff is extremely nice. We didn’t have towels, the desk clerk above and beyond to get them. I needed to make a change to the reservation and Hope was extremely helpful.

This was a nice hotel, clean staff were friendly, lots of shopping in the area just a short drive. Room was clean and quiet. My only complaint was the shower curtain was too short or bar was too high the curtain didn’t go into the bath and soaked the floor.
The man who works on the weekends does a pretty good job of keeping the hotel clean. It can be very challenging to know when someone will be at front desk to check you in. also very hard to reach the hotel by phone. seems short staffed.

The property need to up grade there maintenance in the room the microwave went out one of the stove lids were out to cook other than that I was satisfied with the room

there is nothing in this area rent a car or drive your own you don't want to be stuck on this property or in this area with no way to move around - they have some of what you need but not all.

Can be improved!!! Good location, everything is close by. But, the room smelled musty. The refrigerator did not work. There were ducks in the parking lot and a lot of excrement in the area.
