It is really hit or miss with this staff. your experience will depend on who you get on a particular day or time of day. when i stay i try not to let the bad ones get to me. there's no amenities and breakfast/coffee is identical each day. great for a one or two day trip IF you get the good or decent staff. 2.5 / 5 stars

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms however were substandard. The windows were very hard to open and close, the paint on the walls were chipped in several areas, and there were dead bugs on the window sills that appeared to have been there for quite some time. So-called "breakfast" was a joke and they don't even have an ice machine. The only reason I stayed was the price and it's close proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
