I really like Ms Sophia, very helpful, convenient and beautiful
This is a brand new hotel, nice and clean. Pool is still being built which we didn’t realize and they did not have any cream for the morning coffee, only flavored creamers with lots of sugar. So disappointing to not have regular cream for morning coffee! Thats not acceptable and the gal at the desk made no effort to try and provide some. Breakfast is grab n go, not hot.

An employee was sitting in the lobby in the morning talking loudly on her cell phone on speaker. You could hear it down the hallway. Very obnoxious,

The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty, and the linoleum floor in the kitchenette and bathroom were sticky. There was a roach, or roaches - they all look alike - running around our room. And the refrigerator sounded like a muffler-less car taking off. And the room was damp all the time - bath towels never dried completely between daily uses.
