Everything was good except the recliner chair in my room had duct tape across the front of the recliner. Plastic mattress covering made noise everything you moved in the bed and it was uncomfortable.

The manager was very nice that checked me in and the only negative was my room key quit working and I went to the front desk to get a new key and after waiting 30 minutes and yelling is anyone working and beating on the side of the wall, a big black girl came out and I told her I had been waiting 30 minutes and she immediately told me I had not waited that long. Chicago visitor One night, to pick up person flying in. Quiet, and very nice night. Hotel met all expectations. Real nice basic accommodations. Did not eat breakfast. Place appeared to be very clean, and front desk people were very personable.
