RecommendedI’ve used Extra Space numerous times. It is fast and easy, everything can be done online and the user interface is easy to understand. There is a manager on-site and they are super friendly and very helpful. Top shelf.

RecommendedThis Extra Space Storage in Somerville was very clean and easily accessible but what made it a great was the friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service of the young man working there. I would look for an Extra Space Storage next time I need to store something.

My storage unit in Cambridge, MA got filled with rat poop because they had pest problems in the whole storage even though they claimed to have pest control and also didn’t take any responsibility for this issue. Offered to only do one month for free, which is what they already give to trap new customers. That won’t cover the fee for moving my stuff somewhere else and the time I will have to spend cleaning and sorting through everything to see what got bitten and chewed.
