I wasn't expecting much when renting a storage unit. But I encountered some of the best people in customer service at a time when I really needed some help. My move was interrupted last minute and needed a place to store all of my personal belongings. ExtraSpace Storage not only stepped in, I got a great price even though it was last minute. Highly recommend!

I rented a united with Extra Space Storage on 1450 Boston Providence Hwy in Norwood, MA for ~13 months and highly recommend it to anyone looking to store property. The price is reasonable and very fair, particularly when compared to other storage companies. I was also impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff. I used extra space storage on Boston Providence Tpke for about a year and a half. The units are clean, climate controlled and spacious. Jim, the warehouse manager, is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you have all the resources you need. Great service and a much better monthly rate than a lot of competitors.
I have been a loyal customer since my father passed away two years ago and I needed to place my family's belongings in storage since my mother also passed away a few years earlier. I was initially happy with the facility and the easy access from Route 1. However, the flooding in Norwood caused multiple items in my unit to be destroyed, and I was not treated fairly in the aftermath.
