I’ve been with this facility for quite some time now and I’ve never had any issues. The staff and management have always been accommodating! *** SHOUT OUT TO TIFFANY! *** Tiffany is a customer advisor for ESS and she’s absolutely phenomenal at her job! A+ Miss Tiffany. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Miranda and Tiffany are incredibly helpful and caring — they really make you feel like your needs matter. The energy and professionalism they bring to Extra Space Storage is outstanding. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially the Cottage Grove location!

Our experience with Extra Space Storage in Cottage Grove was really positive! They were always helpful, friendly and accommodating. The facility was always kept in great condition. We really liked the overall system they have. We felt safe there and everything went really well. Moved out because we did not need their services anymore, was able to downsize all the stuff that was there.

We’ve been with them for a few years. The staff has been great. The unit was great, pricing was reasonable, loved security & accessibility. Just downsizing at this time.
