Steve is amazing and provided exceptional service! I typically do not do reviews because most service experiences are not worth leaving one, but I had to take the opportunity to thank Steve and his team at Extra Space Storage off Millbrook Road for a smooth and seamless move-in. The facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. I felt safe and comfortable, and would highly recommend this facility.

Steven was outstanding to talk with about my storage needs and the facility's features. It is very important to me- and Steven as well- about the reputation, safety, and cleanliness of my chosen facility's location. The online rapid rent process is amazingly quick and Steven was incredibly fast to reach out after my contract was received. Overall I'm extremely pleased with my storage space size, location, security, and staff!!

Excellent. Only issue is minor: no lighting in the storage bays, have to rely on hall lighting, which works ok. Some lighting in the bays would be welcome....
