Old school service! We accomplished our entire transaction online 500 miles away .. detailed instructions were perfect for the person who was loading the storage unit... including where, when and how to use the lock. Initially, the manager Mike kept us informed exactly when a unit would open and helped us close up. He picks up his phone - every time. Nothing in my life goes this smoothly. Clean and safe. I have had a storage unit here for the last 3 years and have had great customer service each time I had to talk with them also were very helpful when I lost my key to my unit, keep up the great work in Goleta
