I Came in Inquiring Prices about you all Storage Units and shared with the Assistant how unhappy i am with my Current Storage Provider and She assured Me they don't have those type of Issues @ Extra Space Storage and offered Me a Mini Tour around to Assure Me of the Upkeep...She was so Understanding and Nice, Upon being there seeing Her Interaction with other Storage Members how happy they were to see Her while coming and going gave Me Comfortable Certainty to know this is where we want to do business, I believe the Storage ... read more

Nique was very accommodating and helpful. She ensured I was well informed and set up for a good move.
I had an easy and pleasant experience while arranging the rental. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'm especially grateful for the prompt assistance the staff provided when I had difficulty in raising the door and in correctly inserting the lock. The availability of large dollies was very convenient.
