Paul kindly helped start our storage rental, the team answered our storage questions, Erica was helpful with billing and moving-out process. We had no issues it was an easy move-in, store and move-out for almost a year. Their online account access is user friendly as well. Thank you!

It's a storage facility, folks. Even the owners can't control what the "tenants" bring in :-). My experience here was brief, I went through a Murphy's Law-type move and needed a few contingencies. These guys were great. They were clear, everything they promised they lived up to, and they were quite nice to boot. The access hours here were more generous than at other places I researched, and I benefited from that flexibility. Thanks, Cedar St Extra Storage!

Have had a great experience so far, the call center was very helpful with reserving a unit for me. Once I got to the office Nicole helped me and was so great and nice and took me around to several units trying to accommodate my needs. She has great customer service. She found me the perfect one and I am happy I chose this location for my storage needs.
