the space itself is not bad, we were OK with our original price that we signed for but after renting our storage unit for almost a year now we've had our price increased every month and are now paying more than double for some reason. Paying $167 a month for this. The picture speaks for itself, not to mention the disgusting odor. Absolutely devastated this is what I was presented with to store my family's belonging that mean the world to me. Honestly renting a space like this should be a crime.

R A T S!!!! It was fine at first , normal storage with good online prices but they raised the price from $60 to about $130 ish . Which I did not expect at ALL so I opened another unit at the same location with my partner ..only to slowly notice rat dropping around the storage which I guess makes sense because it's outside with "indoor " units . Got my placed stolen and never was able to recover my stuff. The staff didn't want to show the cameras to me or the police. My lock was not broken. Someone had access to it and they opened my lock and closed it up. Im thinking staff knew how they got access to my storage

This has been the worst storage space ever. and I've used my share of storage facilities. from the beginning, the units are not well numbered/lettered and the maps are incorrect. the first time I went I was unable to find my unit and was wandering all over trying to find it. Finally, a very nice man who had a unit there awhile took pity on me and helped me find it. it was not in their mapping system at all. Then there is the problem of never having carts. They charged my account and another family member last month and when we called they said they would refund it to one of our accounts the same day and they never did. I kept checking and checking and nothing came. I also went to my bank history in case I missed it but there was nothing They charged again this week and we called but they said they can't do anything about it. Like WHAT!? they guy in the phone was also being rude!

Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. Everything here is unreliable from the service to the lift elevator that failed to operate when we moved in and had to move out. They do not have any emergency service to assist nor any onsite property manager that cares or is available especially when you need to move out. I risked slipping and falling walking heavy items down the stairs. We couldn't get everything because it is too heavy. Rent somewhere else!!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I recently had several items stolen from my unit, totaling ~$400. When I filled out the police report, the officers who arrived mentioned that they were just there a few days prior for another burglary. The strange thing about my situation is that the lock was COMPLETELY intact and worked fine. I only noticed things were missing once I started looking for items. There is NO sign of forced entry. After leaving my review. I was sent a message on here from Emily s. A business manager from the storage facilty to contact them at the number stated. I called in and spoke with an assistant and I asked for Emily S. Which he had no idea who she was. I spent about 10 min of my time going over the message and he pretty much couldn't do anything or was not aware. Just a waste of time once again. This company is definitely not professional at all.
