I have had units at Extra Space Storage - Chicago/Narragansett for two years. Highly recommend this location as it is clean, safe, well lit and very well designed with two entire building length drive-throughs for unloading inside in bad weather. Jeremy is very helpful with any issues!

The facility location is very convenient and has drive in access. The rates are reasonable and the facility is clean. Mike,the associate who helped us was great. When I realized that the storage locker that I had chosen, would be difficult for my handicapped friend to access, he located a different one and made the change. she was efficient and made you feel like he was happy to do it.

i Would recommend Extra Space Storage for their customer service they are always available even through phone calls and they are very helpful I also love the fact that the place is very clean this is very clean and that you can drive up to your unit I was there on Saturday at the location on Narragansett in Chicago and Craig was very helpful to me
