Susan and Rich are great to deal with when needed. I recently. Moved units, as the rent on my current unit after several rate increases was no longer affordable. Susan was very patient and helped me pick the best unit at the best price to accommodate my needs. She also explained that the insurance I’d previously been told was mandatory, but isn’t might cover the items that were damaged in my unit due to mold. I recently ran into some issues with my storage and needed to transfer my belongings to another unit. Rich was incredibly kind and helpful — he personally assisted with moving all of my items and made sure everything was safely transferred. He truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this storage company. The entire staff is friendly and professional, but Rich’s customer service is exceptional.
