The staff at Extra Space were friendly and professional. They helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. The space seems nice although I have not used it yet. It's clean and well lit and they helped me find a unit close to the entrance. Thank you

The Extra Space Storage facility is first class. The available dolly’s making move stuff in so easy and time saving ….. plus a back saver! Staff are friendly and very helpful.
When I went there I couldn't find the locker and thought it was the wrong size. They had promised me that when I called the 800 number even after hours they would be there for me. Only problem is the after hours picked up my phone number as someone with a locker already there and just kept putting me forward to a voicemail for them to return the call tomorrow. Not what I was promised when I signed on!
