The ExtraSpace storage facility located on Bloomingdale road in Valrico has provided me with an exceptional experience. The staff, particularly Miss Leanne, have consistently demonstrated exceptional communication, friendliness, and professionalism. I have rented a unit for the past three to four months and have visited the facility almost daily. The environment is highly welcoming. If you are seeking to rent a storage space regardless of its size, I highly recommend this location.

Had a very good experience with Nick renting a storage unit. He was polite, professional and very helpful. He explained everything from the size to pricing and showed the facility. He explained the billing and access. The only thing I did not like is the unit itself does not have a light. Overall the place is quite clean and a good location. Recommend!

I have always been greeted with the most friendly staff and an extremely efficient and clean facility. Elevators are nice and big hallways are wide enough to get around other people in the units. I will continue to recommend my client to this facility . Working for a moving company. I am constantly in and out of storage facilities and this is one of the best. Thank you.
