Tyla was fantastic in the front desk, but the fact that my rate doubled in 3 months is absolutely absurd. I did not sign up for a promotional rate but deep in the lease on one line out of 15 pages it says "42) As part of your agreement to rent, you may have received an initial rental discount. Your monthly rental charge is $104.00 as compared to the suggested rental rate of $175.00 for your storage unit." My rate is now $205, and again I did not sign up for a promotional rate. Was disappointed in the facility overall. It was difficult to navigate a 26ft UHaul The only available unit was on the 2nd floor and the floors were uneven making it difficult to navigate the dolly. Didn’t realize it wasn’t climate controlled so we will need to move it again as we had to return the truck. The price for this inferior facility is overpriced for what they provide. As it was our first time moving we will do more research the next time.
