We’ve used this place 3 consecutive summers and one full semester abroad to store Miami student’s belongings and I cannot say enough good things. They have been absolutely amazing to work with, super clean units, safe and secure facility. If you want easy storage and peace of mind - use this place. Moving our student out for the last time and want to thank them for making storage worry free! You’re the best!
The location is convenient and the spaces are clean. They will increase the renting price after 3 months so keep that in mind. I would suggest the 4 month prepaid plan.
Michael was very helpful ensuring I got a unit before they were all gone for the summer, and made sure the system had my termination date so I wasn’t overcharged the last month. However, I had to drop the rating a couple of stars because one of our boxes had a family of mice living in it. The babies were newly born (eyes still closed) so they must have moved in just a few days before we moved our stuff out. Have used them for 9 years. The staff is professional and the place is clean. I can't give them 5 stars since they raise the price twice a year and don't always apply mh senior discount when the price goes up. I'm 73 years old.
