2023: Katy was very helpful and answered all my questions. The facility is spotless and is in a good location. Highly recommended. There are several units available as of this review. 20x10 is pictured. 2024: I ordered my unit online in November 2023 and apparently had a promo price of @ $95 a month. 3 months later I get an email from corporate raising my rate to $180 a month. Mike and Kaiti were very welcoming helpful with good communication. She got me signed up for 2 spaces in a small amount of time and a couple days later moved things in with no troubles.
Great process to rent doing it online. The staff was super helpful. I've struggled to find a cart when I've been putting stuff in my storage unit. But for the price (cheapest in town) I won't complain too much. Clean and I feel comfortable leaving my things in a unit.
Extra space storage was awesome, the facility was very clean and well kept. Kati was also amazing to deal with. She was very informative and answered as many questions possible and definitely made us feel like we were coming to the right space!
I'd never rented storage before, this is my first experience. I didn't know what to expect, Kaiti is personable & answered all my concerns. Several steps better; offered Senior discount & any future assistance, offered help with payment issues. A plus secured facility & online account. I hope it will be a long mutually beneficial relationship. 😊👍
