I have had an amazing experience with extra space storage. Excellent customer service from helpful, friendly associates. Extra space storage made my move a lot less stressful and I am grateful!
As I stated, the gentlemen who work there are pleasant, kind and very helpful. The storage space and hallways are clean and neat. Easy access to getting in the building with the proper code, and easy access to getting your items to your space.
I had to find storage for my personal things very quickly. I found a very reasonably priced space at Extra Space and the whole experience could not have been easier. I was in and out withIn 40 minutes. This included selecting a unit and signing paperwork. It was that easy and I am very comfortable that my belongings are safe and sound, easily accessible whenever I need something.

Love the place. Centrally located in downtown Durham. Love the enclosed units, and the security provided. It would work better if you didn't have to ride the elevators to different floors, and all units were on the first level. But, that is definitely not a big issue.
