Ketora, the store manager, is amazing! This was my first time renting out a storage locker. She was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She made it very easy & stress free. The actual storage lockers are very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place for storage.

Adam is the absolute best!! From beginning to end my experience was unreal at extra space! By the end I felt like he was not just a massive help and calming presence during a stressful move, but a great friend. I almost felt inclined to keep the space further from my new home just so I could interact with him! The facilities are spotless, everything is in amazing working order, and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone and everyone use this location!

Christine rocks. There was a mix up where an employee told us he was holding the unit for us until the next day and it was rented to another person. She worked with us to get us a comparable unit at a good price. Always great when a store manager goes above and beyond to keep your business. Our move was running about five hours late and she gave us a 24 hour access code that allowed us to move when we were able to. it is a small but very nice touch that they play music in the storage area. Makes it far less creepy!

People are really nice and helpful. I find the perfect storage unit right away when I paid a visit there. The unit is clean and temperature controlled. Easy to find and park. Also the price is great! We have the first month off for the three month contract and it is amazing to find some places close to downtown. They also provide free truck to move in. Highly recommended!

We could have not had a better storage experience, thanks to Angie. She has been incredibly friendly and accommodating from move-in until discussing move-out. No pressure or negotiating. Really nice facility, especially when dealing with Chicago's many seasons. Great move-in van available, wish their insurance covered move-out too! This was the best part of our moving process. Would never dread finding a storage place again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Angie!

My entire experience with Extra Space was top notch. From my first phone call to them through moving out the staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and accomodating. Angie is the on-site manager. She set me up with an amazing deal and walked me through all of the terms and conditions.
