The staff is very friendly and the facility is secure and clean. Easy to access, music playing inside so you don't get lost. Overall a great experience. And they have a truck you can use for a few hours for free!
Just got a space here at the recommendation of a friend. Clean, well lit, and Angela was very helpful. What more can you ask for?
I've been using this Extra Space location for business for several months now, and I haven't had a negative experience yet. We receive large shipments of heavy materials there on a regular basis, and Angie always goes above and beyond to help us with these. The space is very clean, secure, and there's free parking inside for customers. The pallet jack and dolleys on site make transporting heavy pallets very easy.
my storage unit was broken into and things were stolen. absolutely horrible customer service and it was a very violating feeling to come to my storage unit and see my stuff thrown everywhere. do not use this storage.

I have a bone to pick with this place let's start with money. Upon entering into a lease with this facility, I have had nothing but trouble. First of all, the staff was friendly as heck but then it went downhill when all of my personal items went missing from my storage space. I tacked on the extra fee in insurance and look what happens... I learned that my items were missing, I immediately want to leave the space because, I don't trust it any longer. While the facility and staff are nice, their rate policy sucks. They increase the rent every 9 months!!! They don't increase your space or services. Steer clear!
Don't take the first month free because they will not refund your money back for one time fee and the insurance. When I got there to the place on June 9, and they said, they will refund my money, if I move out before my due date. Just pay for the money up front, and if you rental a locker or storage unit. The customer service is okay. The insurance is $10.00 a month vs $6.99 at u-haul insurance.
