My entire experience with Extra Space was top notch. From my first phone call to them through moving out the staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and accomodating. Angie is the on-site manager. She set me up with an amazing deal and walked me through all of the terms and conditions. Clean, secure and convenient... I live in an urban apartment that is short on storage space. I hate clutter so renting a unit here was the perfect solution for me. I store my bike and seasonal items here and it works out perfectly. I can access my bike from 6 am until 11pm and it's easy to get in and out. Very accommodating staff and the place is spotless.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is secure and clean. Easy to access, music playing inside so you don't get lost. Overall a great experience. And they have a truck you can use for a few hours for free!

I've been using this Extra Space location for business for several months now, and I haven't had a negative experience yet. We receive large shipments of heavy materials there on a regular basis, and Angie always goes above and beyond to help us with these. The space is very clean, secure, and there's free parking inside for customers. The pallet jack and dolleys on site make transporting heavy pallets very easy.

my storage unit was broken into and things were stolen. absolutely horrible customer service and it was a very violating feeling to come to my storage unit and see my stuff thrown everywhere. do not use this storage.

I have a bone to pick with this place let's start with money. Upon entering into a lease with this facility, I have had nothing but trouble. First of all, the staff was friendly as heck but then it went downhill when all of my personal items went missing from my storage space. I tacked on the extra fee in insurance and look what happens... I learned that my items were missing, I immediately want to leave the space because, I don't trust it any longer.
